Drum Dream Lab offers digital downloadable products only (sample packs, presets, templates). No physical goods will be shipped. Any visual representations (e.g. mock-up “boxes”) are for marketing and illustrative purposes only.

ll products displayed on our site are available for immediate download upon successful payment, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.3 Compatibility
Our products are designed to work with standard audio production software. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include VAT, unless otherwise noted.

Your download link is unlimited and will remain active indefinitely. If it expires before you download your files, please contact us.

5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable laws on the sale of digital content, purchases of downloadable products are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical issue. If a file is corrupted or unusable, we will provide free support or a replacement. No refund will be granted if the product has been successfully downloaded.

Drum Dream Lab cannot be held responsible for how you use the products in your projects or for any indirect damages arising from their use.
6.2 Technical Compatibility
We do not guarantee absolute compatibility with all software or operating systems.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the courts of Bern, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All content, samples, presets, templates and associated documentation remain the intellectual property of Drum Dream Lab. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the original materials.
